Datenschutzerklärung für die App „Aschenkrone"

1. Grundsatz
Diese App erhebt, speichert und überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns. Es gibt keine Registrierung, keine Werbung und keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste. Ein Benutzerkonto ist nicht nötig.
2. Spielstand
Dein Spielfortschritt – Helden, Stufen, Ausrüstung, Gold und die freigeschalteten Durchgänge – wird ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert (Browser-Speicher der App). Ist auf deinem Gerät die Android-Sicherung (Google-Backup) eingeschaltet, kann der Spielstand als Teil dieser Gerätesicherung in deinem Google-Konto landen. Darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff. Löschst du die App, wird der Spielstand auf dem Gerät mit entfernt.
3. Kauf der Vollversion
Der Kauf wird vollständig über Google Play abgewickelt (Google Ireland Limited / Google Commerce Limited). Wir erhalten dabei keine Zahlungsdaten und erfahren weder deinen Namen noch deine Anschrift. Die App fragt bei Google Play lediglich ab, ob die Vollversion gekauft wurde, um sie freizuschalten. Es gilt zusätzlich die Datenschutzerklärung von Google: policies.google.com/privacy
Die Vollversion lässt sich außerdem mit einem Freischaltcode von Matanto Medien freischalten (zum Beispiel für die App-Prüfung durch Google). Der Code wird nur auf deinem Gerät geprüft und nirgendwohin gesendet; gespeichert wird lokal nur, dass er gültig war.
4. Bewertungen
Nach einiger Zeit kann die App einmal das Bewertungsfenster von Google Play anzeigen. Ob du eine Bewertung abgibst, entscheidest du selbst. Die Bewertung wird direkt an Google Play übermittelt; die App selbst erhält davon keine Daten.
5. Berechtigungen
Internet und Netzwerkstatus – ausschließlich für die Verbindung zu Google Play (Kaufabwicklung und Bewertungsfenster). Das Spiel selbst läuft vollständig ohne Internet.
6. Kein Datenaustausch
Die App selbst übermittelt keine Daten an Dritte. Es gibt keine Bestenlisten, keinen Mehrspielermodus, keine sozialen Netzwerke und keine Werbenetzwerke in dieser App.
7. Kinder
Die App richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 13 Jahren. Da keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, werden auch keine Daten von Kindern erhoben.
8. Deine Rechte
Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Da wir über die App keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeiten, liegen uns in der Regel keine Daten zu dir vor. Fragen beantworten wir gerne per E-Mail an matanto@matanto-medien.de.

1. Gegenstand
„Aschenkrone" ist ein Einzelspieler-Rollenspiel für Android. Das erste Gebiet ist kostenlos spielbar. Der weitere Inhalt wird einmalig über einen Kauf im Spiel freigeschaltet; es gibt keine laufenden Kosten und kein Abonnement.
2. Kauf und Widerruf
Der Kauf kommt mit Google Play zustande und wird dort abgewickelt. Für Erstattungen gelten die Bestimmungen von Google Play. Mit dem Kauf digitaler Inhalte und dem sofortigen Beginn der Nutzung erlischt das Widerrufsrecht vorzeitig (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
3. Nutzungsrecht
Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App auf deinen eigenen Geräten privat zu nutzen. Das Verändern, Nachbauen, Weiterverbreiten oder gewerbliche Verwerten der App oder ihrer Inhalte ist nicht gestattet.
4. Spielstand
Der Spielstand liegt auf deinem Gerät. Geht er verloren – etwa beim Löschen der App oder beim Gerätewechsel ohne Sicherung –, können wir ihn nicht wiederherstellen. Der gekaufte Inhalt selbst bleibt an dein Google-Konto gebunden und lässt sich neu freischalten.
5. Haftung
Wir haften uneingeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht und der Höhe nach begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden.
6. Änderungen
Die App kann durch Aktualisierungen verändert, erweitert oder angepasst werden. Ein Anspruch auf den unveränderten Fortbestand einzelner Inhalte besteht nicht.
7. Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gegenüber Verbrauchern bleiben zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften ihres Aufenthaltsstaates unberührt.

1. Principle
This app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us. There is no registration, no advertising and no analytics or tracking service. No user account is required.
2. Save game
Your progress – heroes, levels, equipment, gold and the runs you have unlocked – is stored only locally on your device (the app’s browser storage). If Android backup (Google backup) is enabled on your device, the save game may end up in your Google account as part of that device backup. We have no access to it. If you delete the app, the save game on the device is removed with it.
3. Buying the full version
The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play (Google Ireland Limited / Google Commerce Limited). We receive no payment data and learn neither your name nor your address. The app only asks Google Play whether the full version has been purchased in order to unlock it. Google’s privacy policy also applies: policies.google.com/privacy
The full version can also be unlocked with an unlock code from Matanto Medien (for example for the app review by Google). The code is only checked on your device and is not sent anywhere; the app only stores locally that it was valid.
4. Ratings
After a while the app may show the Google Play rating dialog once. Whether you leave a rating is up to you. The rating is sent directly to Google Play; the app itself receives no data from it.
5. Permissions
Internet and network state – solely for the connection to Google Play (billing and the rating dialog). The game itself runs entirely without an internet connection.
6. No data sharing
The app itself does not pass any data on to third parties. There are no leaderboards, no multiplayer mode, no social networks and no ad networks in this app.
7. Children
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13. As no personal data is processed, no data from children is collected either.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we do not process personal data through the app, we normally hold no data about you. We are happy to answer questions by e-mail at matanto@matanto-medien.de.

1. Subject
"Aschenkrone" is a single-player role-playing game for Android. The first area is free to play. The remaining content is unlocked by a single purchase inside the game; there are no running costs and no subscription.
2. Purchase and withdrawal
The purchase is concluded with and handled by Google Play. Google Play’s terms apply to refunds. By purchasing digital content and starting to use it immediately, the right of withdrawal expires early (§ 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).
3. Right of use
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the app privately on your own devices. Modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing or commercially exploiting the app or its contents is not permitted.
4. Save game
The save game lives on your device. If it is lost – for example by deleting the app or changing devices without a backup – we cannot restore it. The purchased content itself remains tied to your Google account and can be unlocked again.
5. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
6. Changes
The app may be changed, extended or adjusted by updates. There is no claim to the unchanged continuation of individual content.
7. Governing law
German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
