Diese App erhebt, speichert und überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns. Es gibt keine Registrierung, keine Werbung und keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste.
Dein Spielfortschritt (deine Werkstätten, Maschinen, Meister, Deko, Böden, Wände, Anbauten, Stammkunden, dein Goldwachs und deine Einstellungen) wird ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Ist auf deinem Gerät die Android-Sicherung (Google-Backup) eingeschaltet, kann der Spielstand als Teil dieser Gerätesicherung in deinem Google-Konto gesichert werden. Darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff.
Käufe werden vollständig über Google Play abgewickelt (Google Ireland Limited / Google Commerce Limited). Wir erhalten dabei keine Zahlungsdaten. Die App fragt bei Google Play lediglich ab, welche Produkte gekauft wurden, um sie freizuschalten. Es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google: policies.google.com/privacy
Die Einmal-Angebote im Laden (Starter-Paket, Doppelter Gewinn, Nachtschicht, Prunk-Deko-Paket) lassen sich außerdem mit einem Freischaltcode von Matanto Medien freischalten (zum Beispiel für die App-Prüfung durch Google). Der Code wird nur auf deinem Gerät geprüft und nirgendwohin gesendet; gespeichert wird lokal nur, dass er gültig war.
Nach einiger Zeit kann die App einmal das Bewertungsfenster von Google Play anzeigen. Ob du eine Bewertung abgibst, entscheidest du selbst. Die Bewertung wird direkt an Google Play übermittelt; die App selbst erhält davon keine Daten.
Internet und Netzwerkstatus (nur für die Verbindung zu Google Play: Kaufabwicklung und Bewertungsfenster) und Vibration (kurze spürbare Rückmeldung beim Antippen und Kaufen, im Menü abschaltbar). Das Spiel selbst läuft ohne Internet.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren.
Du hast nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Da wir über die App keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeiten, liegen uns in der Regel keine Daten zu dir vor. Fragen beantworten wir gerne per E-Mail.

This app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us. There is no registration, no advertising and no analytics or tracking service.
Your progress (your workshops, machines, managers, decor, floors, walls, extensions, regulars, your Gold Wax and your settings) is stored only locally on your device. If Android backup (Google backup) is enabled on your device, the save game may be backed up to your Google account as part of that device backup. We have no access to it.
Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play (Google Ireland Limited / Google Commerce Limited). We do not receive any payment data. The app only asks Google Play which products have been purchased in order to unlock them. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
The one-time offers in the shop (Starter Pack, Double profit, Night Shift, Grand Decor Pack) can also be unlocked with an unlock code from Matanto Medien (for example for the app review by Google). The code is only checked on your device and is not sent anywhere; the app only stores locally that it was valid.
After a while the app may show the Google Play rating dialog once. Whether you leave a rating is up to you. The rating is sent directly to Google Play; the app itself receives no data from it.
Internet and network state (only for the connection to Google Play: billing and the rating dialog) and vibration (short haptic feedback when tapping and buying, can be switched off in the menu). The game itself runs without an internet connection.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we do not process personal data through the app, we normally hold no data about you. We are happy to answer questions by e-mail.
